Nellie is a female, and her Mom is a Shepherd/Lab mix.  We never met Nellie's Dad, so Nellie's breed mix will be a bit of a mystery!   Our veterinary partner estimates that Nellie is 6 weeks old at the time of intake in early May 2020.  When Nellie was surrendered to a kill shelter in Alabama with her Mom and siblings, they were at risk of not getting out alive.  As soon as Rescue Dogs Rock NYC received a plea to save them, we of course brought them all to safety.  Nellie is a cute, spunky little girl who is now on the path to happiness.  If Nellie's path leads to your door, please apply online to adopt Nellie at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
