Violet is a female Black Labrador Retriever mix rescued in Texas.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Violet is 2 years old at the time of intake in June 2020.  Violet is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Violet was surrendered to a kill shelter along with her 8 puppies.  A shelter is no place to raise your babies, so as soon as Rescue Dogs Rock NYC heard about Violet, we immediately took her and her family into rescue.  They are safe and happy but will all be even happier when they are each in their forever homes!  Violet thought her last home was her forever home, and this time it will be.
