Oscar is a male Jack Russell Terrier mix born into rescue on May 16, 2020 in the New York area.  Oscar is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Oscar was actually rescued twice before he was even born! You see, Oscar's Mom was rescued from Alabama and after she got to what was supposed to be her forever home, it was discovered that she was pregnant. Her adopter decided to return her to the rescue, which didn't have a foster home available, so they asked Rescue Dogs Rock NYC to take Oscar's Mom in.  And of course we said YES!  Oscar and his siblings were born just a few days later in the comfort and safety of a foster home where they are wanted and loved.  But a foster home isn't a forever home, and that's what Oscar is looking for.  If you can open your heart and home to this adorable puppy, please apply online to adopt Oscar at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
