Tad is a male Labrador Retriever mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Tad is 7 months old at the time of intake in June 2020. Tad is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Tad was suffering from such cruel neglect in what was supposed to be his home, that Animal Control went in and seized Tad and his siblings in order to save their lives.  When Rescue Dogs Rock NYC was asked to take Tad in and provide the medical care he required, we of course said YES!   Tad has now received all of the medical care he required.  He has made an incredible transformation and is ready to find his forever home where he can supply you with endless love and kisses.  Tad is a bit shy with new people, but with time and patience, he becomes the most loyal best friend you could ask for. He loves adventures such as swimming, hiking, fetch and loves to play with other dogs. He’s very affectionate with his people and loves to snuggle up with you. He’s an absolute angel who is housebroken, crate trained and a fast learner who knows basic commands.
