Penney is a female tri-color Beagle mix rescued in TX. Our veterinary partner estimates that Penney is 2 years old at the time of intake in June 2020.  Penney is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Poor Penney was hit by a car, sustaining severe injuries to her jaw, teeth and gums and a fractured leg.  Our veterinary partners are fixing Penney up and she will soon be good to go!
