Greta is a female Bichon Frise/Maltese mix rescued in New York. Our veterinary partner estimates that Greta is 10 years old at the time of intake in June 2020.  Greta is good with people and seems to have a fondness for men as she tries to follow them down the street!  Greta's life somehow went sideways one day as she was found under the stairs in an apartment building in New York. We don't know if she was abandoned there or made her way into the building as a stray.  What we do know is that Greta's age and medical issues are a dangerous combination in a kill shelter, and Greta may not have made it out alive if we hadn't rescued her.  Greta needs a forever family who is willing to provide Greta the care she requires for some medical issues.
