Maize is a female Catahoula Leopard/Corgi mix rescued in Alabama.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Maize is 10-12 weeks old at the time of intake in mid July 2020.  Maize is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  This sweet girl was found fending for herself in a cornfield along with her siblings.  She is just a young pup and survival on her own was not likely.  As soon as we received the plea to help Maize, we of course said YES! and now Maize's survival is not only guaranteed, but she will have the best life.  If you can make room in your heart to love Maize forever, please apply online to adopt Maize at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
