Scarlett is a female Collie/Hound mix rescued in Georgia. Our veterinary partner estimates that Scarlett is a year old at the time of intake in July 2020.  Scarlett loves everyone and everything: people, kids, dogs, even cats!  She is energetic and doesn't love loud noises, so a home with an active family in the suburbs would be best. She is the sweetest girl who just loves giving gentle kisses, so when she ended up homeless at a kill shelter with a severe skin infection, a kind soul at the shelter knew that Scarlett might not make it out alive. When we were asked to help Scarlett, of course we said YES!  And now Scarlett will never be homeless again!
