Betsy is a female Chihuahua mix rescued in Georgia. Our veterinary partner estimates that Betsy is 2 years old at the time of intake in July 2020.  Betsy is good with people of all ages and other dogs. Betsy's eyes are beautiful and expressive and seem to say, "Take me home!"  Betsy needs a forever home where she will be loved as an important member of her family.
