Fabio (SC) is a male possible Jack Russell mix rescued in South Carolina. Our veterinary partner estimates that Fabio is 5 weeks old at the time of intake in August 2020.  Fabio is good with people of all ages and other playful dogs.  All this poor little guy has known thus far in his short life is cruelty.  He was surrendered along with his siblings to a kill shelter by the person who should have protected him.
