Festus (TX) is a female mixed breed rescued in Texas. Festus was born on July 13, 2020. She is good with people of all ages and other dogs. This adorable pup is looking for her forever home, and as a Rescue Dogs Rock NYC pup, we promised her that the sky's the limit!
