Amber (SC) is a female Pit Bull Terrier mix rescued in South Carolina. Our veterinary partner estimates that Amber is 2 years old at the time of intake in September 2020.  Amber is good with people of all ages and other dogs. Amber and her friend, Honey, were found in a ditch. Both were injured, but Amber had horrific injuries to her snout and face.  They were taken to a kill shelter, and someone called Rescue Dogs Rock NYC to plead with us to help Amber.  We have no idea what happened to Amber, but we do know that although it's hard to look at Amber, it's even harder to turn away, and we didn't turn away.
