Scooby (TX) is a male mixed breed dog rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Scooby is 3 years old at the time of intake in October 2020.  Scooby is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Scooby found himself on Death Row in a kill shelter in Texas where his time was up because the shelter needed the space, Scooby had a medical condition, and he had been at the shelter for more than the allotted time.  Few dogs on Death Row in this shelter make it out alive, but Scooby is one of the few lucky ones! As soon as Rescue Dogs Rock NYC heard about Scooby, we vowed that Scooby was not going to die today, and we immediately pulled him out of there and got him to our veterinary partner for treatment.  We can't wait to see how handsome Scooby really is once his fur grows back!  If you have room in your heart and life for Scooby, please apply online to adopt Scooby (TX) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
