Nevaeh and Bear (TX) are a bonded pair of Miniature Schnauzer mixes rescued in Texas.  Nevaeh is female and weighs 18.6 lbs upon intake, and Bear is male and weighs 22.6 lbs upon intake in November 2020.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Nevaeh and Bear are both a year old at the time of intake.  They are both good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Nevaeh and Bear had a family until one day their family decided to go out of town and were planning to simply dump Nevaeh and Bear at the local kill shelter.   Owner surrenders are the first to be euthanized in a kill shelter, so we intervened and brought Nevaeh and Bear into rescue so they didn't have to spend one day at the kill shelter.  These adorable pups have a second chance at life, and we have guaranteed them that the rest of their lives will be happy and they will never be rejected again.  We also promised Nevaeh and Bear that they will live their lives together as they are happier together!  If you can help us keep our promise to Nevaeh and Bear and give them the happy home they deserve, please apply online to adopt Nevaeh and Bear (TX) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
