Abby (AL) came into rescue from a shelter in Alabama. She was pregnant when the plea went out to help her, and she gave birth to 4 pups while at the shelter on 10/31. Abby is a sweet girl, and there was no way we were going to turn her away! We immediately rushed them all to our veterinary partner in the south and to safety! Abby is 2 years old and weighs 30 to 35 pounds. She is thought to be a beagle/lab blend. She will be spayed and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in her forever home and when medically appropriate to do so. We would love to have a home waiting for her with open hearts and arms, but first she must raise her little family and so we expect that she will not be able to join a forever family until her pups are 8 weeks old, however, that shouldnt stop you from applying if you are interested:  if approved, you could be part of her journey!
