Janey (AL) and her mom and sister came to rescue on 11/9/2020 from an Alabama shelter. She was estimated to be 5-6 weeks old, and her weight was 8.7 pounds on intake. Janey's mom is a Dachshund blend who weighs 25 pounds. We do not know who her dad was, but we are guessing he was a boxer blend. Janey absolutely loves all people (kids included) and other dogs,    Janey is as sweet as can be and is THE snuggliest little pup ever! She is absolutely a lap dog and wants nothing more than to sleep near you or in your arms (she falls asleep with her head on your shoulder just like a human). She loves squeaky toys, walks beautifully on leash and is not scared of street noises. She is quiet and super motivated to please people.
