Lilac (TX) is a female Chihuahua mix rescued in Texas.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Lilac is 2 years old at the time of intake in November 2020. Lilac is good with people of all ages and other dogs. Poor Lilac was trying to raise her puppies while living in a crack house in Texas.  Her life was so marginal and dangerous and she could not keep her puppies safe.  Fortunately, our volunteer found out about Lilac and her family, and we were able to get them all out of that situation and into our rescue.  Lilac is a sweetheart who deserves a happy future.  Lilac will raise her puppies for the next few weeks and then it will be time for Lilac's second chapter in her life.  And this chapter, and all the rest, will be happy.  If you would like to star in Lilac's life story, please apply online to adopt Lilac (TX) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
