Forest (TX) is a female Labrador Retriever mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Forest is 9 weeks old at the time of intake in mid-December 2020. Forest is good with people and other dogs.  Forest is just a baby, and it's obvious that her short life has been one of total neglect.
