Noel (TX) is a neutered male Chihuahua mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Noel is 3 years old at the time of intake in December 2020. Noel is good with people and other dogs.  Noel was living on the streets.  A little dog, at just 11 lbs, he didn't stand a chance when he was attacked by a pack of dogs.
