Noelle (TX) is a female Bichon Frise mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Noelle is 2 years old at the time of intake in January 2021.  Noelle is good with people of all ages and other dogs. Noelle was the victim of a backyard breeder and was in danger of being given away with her fate unknown and her survival doubtful.  We were fortunate to have been able to take Noelle into our rescue, and now we will make sure that her life is safe and happy.  Noelle is sweet, cuddly and simply adorable!
