Legend (TX) is a male Great Dane mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates Legend to be 5-6 years old at the time of intake in January 2021. Legend is good with people and other dogs.  Legend was found in a rural area of Texas literally starving to death. He was dazed and confused and was not going to survive on his own in the middle of nowhere.  Fortunately, one of our volunteers heard about Legend and picked him up and brought him straight to our veterinary partner for lifesaving treatment.  Legend is a big boy, and in his emaciated condition, his weight was 90 lbs.  We don't know if this regal pup was dumped or just lost his way, but his life is back on track and he is headed straight for happiness!
