Lincoln (TX) is a male Chihuahua mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Lincoln is 2 years old at the time of intake in January 2021. Lincoln is good with people and other dogs.  Lincoln was cruelly abandoned in a backyard when his owners moved away. He was locked in a crate with no chance at all of survival without food, water or shelter.  Fortunately, neighbors heard Lincoln and tried to get the authorities to step in and help him.  When no one came after one day, two days, three days, our volunteer removed Lincoln and brought him to safety.  We can't change the horror of Lincoln's past, but we can definitely change his future.  If you can open your heart, home and life to Lincoln and give him the fantastic future we promised him, please apply online to adopt Lincoln (TX) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
