Larry (TX) is a male Chihuahua mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Larry is 2 years old at the time of intake in January 2021. Larry is good with people and other dogs.  This adorable little guy is lucky to be alive as his owner sentenced him to death when they locked him in a crate in their backyard and moved away.  They just left him there with no food, no water, no shelter and no way to survive.  But Larry's torturers underestimated the kindness of strangers, and when the neighbors heard Larry's cries, they made sure that he was rescued.  It wasn't Larry's turn to die, and now Larry is a Rescue Dogs Rock NYC pup.  He has received the medical care he required, and now Larry will land in a fantastic forever home where he will never, ever experience abuse, neglect or  cruelty.
