Landry (TX) is a male Australian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Landry is 4 weeks old at the time of intake in January 2021. Landry is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Landry's very short life thus far has been one of sadness and cruelty.  Landry's Momma was hit by a car and left to die on the side of the road as the person who hit her just kept driving.  To compound that sadness, Landry and his siblings, just 3 weeks old, were found clinging to their Momma's body.  Landry and his siblings were picked up by Animal Control, and as they were too young to survive on their own, they typically would have been immediately euthanized.  But fortune was shining down on Landry that day, as that particular Animal Control Officer diverted Landry into rescue, and now he will go on to live a happy life in a loving forever home.  If you would like this cutie to become a member of your family, please apply online to adopt Landry (TX) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.
