Beignet (TX) is a female Australian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Beignet is 4 weeks old at the time of intake in January 2021. Beignet is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Beignet is a beautiful, sweet pup who is very lucky to be alive.  She was found clinging to her lifeless Momma on the side of the road where her Momma landed after having been hit by a car.  Fortunately, an Animal Control Officer picked Beignet up, and rather than take her to the kill shelter where her life would have come to end because she needed to be bottle fed, the Animal Control Officer diverted Beignet to rescue.  Beignet is now in search of her happy ever after in the loving, forever home that we know is waiting just for Beignet!  Beignet is a silly, lovable girl who  ADORES people like no other. She's super food motivated and already seems to know the sit command. She loves all her toys and will be an amazing family dog.
