Frankie (TX) is a male Terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Frankie is 3 years old at the time of intake in January 2021.  Frankie is good with people and other dogs.  Our hearts broke in half when we found Frankie suffering from eye infections that no one had bothered to treat.  The infection became so advanced that it caused irreversible damage to Frankie's eyes, and his eyes had to be removed.  But all that means is that Frankie won't be able to see his forever family, but he will still be able to experience the love and happiness that is in store for him.
