Nadia (NC) is a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua mix rescued from the streets in North Carolina at about 4 years old in February 2021. Nadia has lived on the streets her entire life, so she is learning how to live in a home and how to trust humans. She likes her crate, where she feels safe and she is learning to walk on leash.  Slow and steady, with lots of patience, will ultimately win this little girl's heart. She is very sweet and submissive, loves other dogs, both large and small, and looks to them for cues, so she will do best in a home with a confident, outgoing canine companion.
