Harper (SC) is a female Labrador Retriever mix rescued in South Carolina. Harper was born on February 13, 2021 while his Momma was stuck in a kill shelter.  We were able to pull Harper and her family out of there just a few days later, and now this beautiful little pup is planning the rest of her life!
