Charlie (SC) is a neutered male Chihuahua mix rescued in South Carolina. Our veterinary partner estimates that Charlie is 8-9 years old at the time of intake in March 2021. Charlie is good with people and other dogs.  Our hearts broke in two when we found this sweet, adorable little guy. The level of cruelty this pup has experienced is unimaginable.
