Cash (TX) is a male Terrier mix rescued in Texas.  He comes into rescue from Texas and it is obvious from the condition he came to us in that he has had to endure a life of severe neglect. He has most likely been living outside his short life, battling the elements and struggling to survive on his own. Cash deserves so much more than the hand that he's been dealt so far and we vow to turn things around for this boy.
