River (SC) is an adorable, sweet female Labrador Retriever mix rescued in South Carolina, with an embedded collar, and thought to be 2 years old at intake in June 2021.  River's foster mom says she is such a LOVE! Super playful and affectionate, she thinks she's a 55-pound lap dog.  She’s very loyal, quiet and gentle, just a super-happy, wiggly pup who loves life, all people, the cat, other dogs, her toys and bones! RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption
