Rascal (GA) entered rescue in Mid June 2021 as an owner surrender to the shelter because he had bladder stones and they could not afford the surgery. Rascal is an 8 year old male Chihuahua Dachshund blend who weighs 8 pounds. Upon intake to our veterinary partner, surgery was performed and 9 stones removed. He has been placed on a special diet which may or may not be lifelong, it is too early to tell. Rascal is good with people and other dogs. He likes to talk and use his voice so a single dwelling home is his spot. He is also up to date on vaccines and has been neutered. RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption
