Paxton (SC) is a male Domestic Medium Hair kitten, estimated to be 7 weeks old when rescued from a South Carolina kill shelter in mid-June. We don't know what happened to Paxton, but a cord was wrapped so tightly around his front leg that it was severed, so amputation was the only option to give him a full and pain-free life.  His missing leg won't slow him down though. He will be a sweet, playful, purrfect companion!  Paxton had an injury to his ear that has resulted in the loss of his ear flap, but who can resist the adorable heart-shaped markings around his ears?!  Paxton's hearing is fine and unaffected by the ear injury. This little cutie will soon be ready to join a forever family who love him for his uniqueness and can erase the pain of his early life.
