Frank (TX) is a male Shepard mix rescued in Texas.  He is estimated to be 4 years old at the time of intake in Aug 2020.   Frank and his companion Anne were dumped by their owners, thrown out on the streets to survive for months begging for food while their medical condition spiraled out of control. It is obvious from the condition he came to us in that he has had to endure a life of severe neglect. He was in horrifc condition with welts, open sore and burn marks all over his body.  He was transported for immediate and urgent medical care at a critical care hospital .  He is very good with people of all ages and other dogs.  If you would like to  adopt Frank (TX), please fill out an adoption application for Frank (TX) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.

RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate core vaccines at the time of adoption.  Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter.
