Carter (GA) is a male Labrador Retriever mix rescued from the south. Our veterinary partner estimated that Carter was 8 weeks old at the time of intake in early September 2021 and he weighed 7.5 pounds at that time. Carter came to rescue with siblings, who have been adopted, but Carter is still waiting.
