Lexa (TX) is a female mixed breed rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Lexa is 8 weeks old at the time of intake in late August 2021. Lexa is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Lexa's story was a very sad one that was destined for an unhappy ending . . . that is, until we found her in the shelter system and set Lexa on the path to her happy ever after. Le xa is a sweetheart she’s timid at first but loves cuddles and warm fleece blankets. She’s gentle with toddlers and kids, loves playing with other dogs, and following her fosters room to room. She’s very quiet, at times stealthy, and rarely barks unless truly desperate for attention.
