Mack (AL) is a male German Shepherd Dog mix rescued in Alabama. Our veterinary partner estimates that Mack is 3 years old at the time of intake in October 2021. Mack is good with people and other dogs with low to moderate energy.  We took Mack in from a hoarding situation with a mentally unstable owner. Poor Mack hadn't been outside the home in years! He is a big, giant sweetheart who needs to lose a few pounds, and we're sure that once Mack experiences the sun on his face during long walks, he will easily drop those extra pounds.  Mack is an absolute angel! He is an easy, quiet dog who loves to cuddle. He walks well on a leash and is playful and very affectionate. Mack would do best in a home in the suburbs with a fenced in yard. Mack is a gentle giant who does best with calm dogs. He is great on leash and completely house broken. Loves toys and bones!
