Oreo (NY) is a neutered male Shih Tzu rescued in New York.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Oreo is a year old at the time of intake in November 2021. Oreo is good with people and other dogs.  We took Oreo into rescue after his owner surrendered him to a veterinarian rather than provide the medical care Oreo required.  Rescue Dogs Rock NYC arranged for the intestinal surgery Oreo required, and now he is in a foster home and starting his life over!
