Frankie (GA) is a male Chihuahua mix rescued in Georgia. Our veterinary partner estimates that Frankie is 5 years old at the time of intake in November 2021. Frankie is good with people and other dogs.  Every now and then a pup comes along with such a unique face that you just can't look away.  And Frankie is that kind of pup.  He has an old soul look, but his personality isn't old at all!
