Abel (AL) is a male possibly Chihuahua/Spaniel mix rescued in Alabama. Our veterinary partner estimates that Abel is 10 days old at the time of intake in late December 2021.  Abel is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Abel, his Momma and his siblings were surrendered to a kill shelter by their owner.
