Cartier was an owner surrender with his mom who appears to be a havanese mix and five newborn siblings on 1/6/22. The puppies were just born the night before, owner claims she did not know mom was pregnant.  Surrendered to BACC.  He is now about 8 weeks old & is a happy, healthy, playful puppy. We do not know his exact mix & he is not hypoallergenic.
