Allie (SC) is a spayed female Chihuahua mix rescued in South Carolina. Our veterinary partner estimtes that Allie is 10 years old at the time of intake in January 2022.  Allie is good with people and other dogs.  We don't know what kind of trauma Allie suffered, but we know that she is safe now, she will receive all the medical care she requires, and she will continue her life in a happy, loving forever home.  Allie had a significant hernia which has been repaired, and she has damage to her eyes.  We believe she can see shadows.  Allie has persevered through this trauma and recovery, and she has an incredible will to live her life to the fullest.  She is sweet, spunky and happy.  If you can open your heart and home to Allie and give her the happy, loving forever home she deserves, please apply online to adopt Allie (SC) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.   RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.
