Albie (TX) is a male Basset hound-mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates Albie is 3 years old at the time of intake in December 2021.   He is good with people and dogs.  Albie is a little bit of a nervous chap and would do best with kids older than 5 and not in the city.  Albie was found wandering a Walmart parking lot looking for a home.  We found him and promised we'd help him find the perfect home, and in the meantime we will keep him safe.   He likes to match the energy of others, he'll take naps and rest if you're busy working or will play with his toys if you're willing to play.  He knows how to sit and learning his leash manners.  If you can give Albie a home to feel safe please apply at at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.   RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.  Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here.
