Carter was tied to a fence and abandoned by his owner on a very cold Saturday night, thank god for the kindness of a neighbor who took Carter in so he would not freeze to death!  Carter is a beautiful, very loving, 3 year old Schnauzer/Terrier mix who is still a puppy at heart. Carter is happy sitting and snuggling or playing with his pile of toys.  He is good with all dogs and cats but his most favorite is following his person everywhere!  Carter is the perfect companion, very low maintenance, happy and fun loving.
