Charlie1 (TX) is a male Terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Charlie  is 2 years old at the time of intake in February 2022.  Charlie is good with people and other dogs.  This sweet pup was abandoned at the groomers and clearly was neglected.  The groomer did a fantastic job cleaning him and he's feeling great.  This handsome boy deserves to have a happy life and we promised him just that.
