Ottis (TX) is a male mixed breed rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Ottis is 3 months old at the time of intake in June 2022. Ottis is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Ottis dumped in a rural shelter and found himself homeless at a very young age.
