Gary (SC) is a male Shepherd mix puppy rescued in South Carolina. We know that Gary's Momma is a Shepherd mix, but since we never met Gary's Dad, we can't be sure of his breed mix, although those silly ears might give us some clues!  Our veterinary partner estimates that Gary is two weeks old at the time of intake in late October 2022. Gary is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Gary's life started out about as badly as a life could ever be.  We took Gary out of a hoarding situation along with his Momma and sibling where they were neglected and abused.  Gary was filled with worms which were sucking the life out of him, and in fact, his sibling didn't make it despite our best efforts to save her.  Gary has received all the medical care he required, and he is now old enough to find his happy ever after.  Gary can be a bit timid at first but quickly warms up and is ready to play!
