Oatmeal (GA) is a male Domestic Short Hair mix rescued in Georgia, and estimated to be about a year old at the time of intake in January 2023. Oatmeal is good with people, other cats and even dogs. Oatmeal was outside, starving and freezing on an ice cold Christmas Eve. Miraculously, Oatmeal was found by a good samaritan who took him home and kept him safe, warm and fed until we took Oatmeal into our rescue, when we surgically repaired his fractured femur. Oatmeal has been staying in a home with children 6 and under, a dog and two cats and got along well with everyone. He is outgoing and playful, curious, adventurous, loves to cuddle and give kisses and is a true lap cat. Oatmeal will seek out affection and loves attention.
