Waffles (GA) is a male Domestic Short Hair cat rescued in Georgia, and estimated to be about a year old at the time of intake in January 2023. Waffles was trying to fend for himself on a freezing cold Christmas Eve, starving and frostbitten. Christmas came a day early for Waffles when he was found that night by a good samaritan who brought him home and kept him safe, warm and fed until a rescue could take him. Waffles has been in foster with small children, a dog and two cats and gets along well with everyone. Waffles is gentle and laid back. He is very sweet and friendly, is playful but does not demand attention and is content to spend his days lying in the sun and getting petted.
