Penny (TX) is a female Chihauhau mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Penny is 1 year old at the time of intake early Dec 2022.  Penny is good with people and other dogs.  Penny had a family but they were not that loving and did not protect her.  She found herself pregnant but left outside in the cold trying to take care of her puppies the best she could.  Luckily a neighbor saw them and sent out a plea and we responded.  Penny and her 2 puppies are safe and looking for their forever homes.  Penny would love a home where she is loved and taken care of, in return she will promise to be your best companion.  Would you like show Penny that there is good in this world?  If so please apply online to adopt Penny (TX) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.   RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.
